As we approached the release date of Spider-Man 2, we were treated to more gameplay teasers and videos. Recently, Insomniac revealed an interesting fact about the game that would please every Spidey fan out there.
During Sony’s State of Play event, Insomniac revealed a larger map compared to the previous game. According to the game, it’s double the size of the map in the first Spider-Man game. Plus, you can also gain web-wings in-game to help you traverse the cities and buildings easily.

Moreover, the game developers hinted at new storylines and activities available in the open world. Based on the trailer, there are also numerous markers scattered around the city to help you reach your respective goals and objectives. Besides Venom and Kraven, Insomniacs also teased more Spider-Man villains that have never been in the Spider-Man universe before.
But it does not end there, the most interesting fact about the game lies in its collectibles. Insomniac revealed 65 unique Spider-Man suits from various origins. That includes comics, movies and other multiple original designs. Given the number of customisations in Spider-Man 2, we could have over 200 different looks for the two Spider-Men.
