When the 10th anniversary of the NieR series was teased last month, it was announced that there will be a NieR Re[in]carnation mobile game app. Many fans of the series were kinda disappointed, but recently the first game trial video was revealed to showcase how it would look like on a mobile device.

At first glance, it's hard to believe that this is a mobile game because of the environment and looks more like a console game. There was no sign of any battle scenes, but the video demo showcased beautiful landscapes, atmosphere and the soundtrack displayed is pretty great. There is also a white-haired girl who we assume is the protagonist of the game, which looks similar to "2B" from NieR: Automata.

Square Enix is planning to launch a NieR online fan group on 22 April 2020 at 19:00 Hong Kong time which they plan to update the fans more about the mobile game. No news about if it will be a global launch or regional yet, so we will have to wait and see.
