Valve Corporation has finally added a feature that many Nintendo Switch users have been asking for years; Joy-Con controller support on Steam. Well, better late than never I guess!

Part of the latest Steam beta, you can use the Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con controllers for games on Steam. Furthermore, you can either use the Joy-Con individually or combined together on Steam.

As reported by engadget, the feature is only available on Steam beta as of right now. Hence, you'd have to navigate to Steam’s Settings and click ‘Change’ under the ‘Beta participation’ option to test it out.

Moreover, since the Joy-Con controllers are Bluetooth-only and don’t have any actual cables to plug into your computer, do make sure that your PC or laptop has Bluetooth connectivity to actually connect the Joy-Con controller. Well, a Bluetooth dongle would also suffice too!
