12.12 has already begun and the Christmas/Year End sales are pouring in from every brand globally. Steam is no different and if you're a gamer, brace yourself for the upcoming Winter Sale which is arguably the best one due to its steep discounts.
According to SteamDB, the upcoming Winter Sale 2023 will officially begin on 21 December 2023 (or 22 December, 2 PM in Malaysia's time zone). But that's not the only announcement, in fact, the Steam team has unveiled the whole 2024 calendar to keep track of the next fests and sales. This includes the other big 2 - Spring Sale and Summer Sale. The Autumn Sale seems to be removed, apparently.
Besides that, Steam has added a few new Fests to the calendar. You can refer to the list below:

- Pirate vs Ninjas Fest (22 - 29 Jan)
- Next Fest: February 2024 (5 - 12 Feb)
- Remote Play Together (12 - 19 Feb)
- Dinos vs Robots Fest (26 Feb - 4 March)
- Spring Sale (14 - 21 March)
- Deckbuilders Fest (25 March - 1 April)
- FPS Fest (15 - 22 April)
- Farming Fest (29 April - 8 May)
- Endless Replayability Fest (13 - 20 May)
- Open World Survival Crafting Fest (27 May - 3 June)
- Next Fest: June 2024 (10 - 17 June)
- Summer Sale 2024 (27 June - 11 July)
The Winter Sale for 2024 is not on the list but as per tradition, it's most probably going to be around the same period as this month. So get ready your wallets on your favourite games, never play them and let them sleep in your library. Have a Merry Christmas.
