The device was launched by one of Xiaomi’s ecological chain companies and it is being called Smoovie Multifunctional Infrared Detector. Not only will it help you to detect spy cams, but also able to function as an alert device with its anti-theft/anti-lost feature. Other than that, the device is pretty easy to use as well. With just a few presses, different types of functions will be toggled on according to your needs.
The Smoovie Multifunctional Infrared Detector packs a 230mAh lithium-ion battery that supports USB charging. For camera detector mode, the device can last up to 24 hours with continuous usage. If the device is in alarm mode, it can last even longer which goes up to 72 hours. Furthermore, the device weighs just 34g, so you will not have any problem carrying it out.
