Tomorrow Digi will announce their new promotion, Digi Video Freedom where you can stream video from YouTube, iflix, Astro on the Go, Viu, tonton, Dailymotion and HyppTV without using your current data plan quota. Digi Video Freedom is perfect for those who need to stream videos for their daily commute, or watch TV drama without touching their original limited quota balance.
This promotion is applicable for both prepaid and postpaid user that have already subscribe to existing internet plan by DiGi. All you need to do is to open the MyDigi app and purchase either one of the passes, for 1 hour at RM1 or a full day pass pricing at RM5. The RM1 pass will entitle you to 3GB of data consumption, while the RM5 will provide you with 10GB. This way Digi can prevent network abuse, so they can continue to provide excellent service without network interruption. User also will be notified to purchase another pass if the current pass quota is reaching limit. This help prevents user from accidentally using their current data plan quota.
You can download the MyDigi app from the PlayStore (Android) or App Store (iOS) and do take note that the pricing offer tomorrow will be a limited offer, plus we have no date as to when this promotion ends with the current pricing. This service will launch starting on 15 April 2016 and will be made available to purchase on the MyDigi app.
