Today, TCL Malaysia introduces its 2025 lineup of consumer electronics at a product showcase held at Vivatel Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The unveiling featured a range of new offerings across entertainment and home appliances, including the brand’s latest QD-Mini LED TVs, as well as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and a new AI-driven smart home ecosystem.

Headlining the launch was the TCL C8K Premium QD-Mini LED TV, the company's latest flagship television model. Built with up to 3,840 local dimming zones, the C8K incorporates TCL’s All-Domain Halo Control Technology, a system that optimises image quality from light source to display using a combination of high-efficiency light-emitting chips, advanced lens components, and micro-optical distance (Micro-OD) techniques.

The model leverages TCL’s CSOT HVA Panel technology, which was developed in-house, and introduces the CrystalGlow WHVA Panel. It is an upgrade that delivers a high native contrast ratio (up to 7000:1) and wider colour viewing angles. Additionally, the screen is treated with a low reflection film to minimise glare, improving visibility in varied lighting conditions.

Also introduced at the event was the TCL C7K Premium QD-Mini LED TV, now available in an ultra-large 115-inch format, marking it one of the largest displays launched in the Malaysian market to date. The C7K includes TCL’s Halo Control System, alongside features like Super Condensed Micro Lenses, Bidirectional 23-bit Backlight, and Dynamic Lighting Bionic Algorithms to produce the best visual quality.

The model also supports an Enhanced QLED colour reproduction system and a newly introduced Colour Optimisation Algorithm, further refining picture detail and colour fidelity across the expansive screen. Designed as a centrepiece for large-scale viewing environments, the 115-inch C7K is targeted at users looking to replicate a cinematic experience at home.

TCL has also partnered with Audio by BANG & OLUFSEN to deliver a custom audio solution that complements the C8K and C7K’s visual capabilities. The result is a surround sound experience that should sound great, on paper.
