The TECNO Phantom V Flip has been in the rumour mills for a while, with its design even being leaked recently. Now, we’ve got confirmation on when the foldable smartphone will be released: 22 September 2023.
According to GSMArena, the Phantom V Flip will be launched at 3pm on the aforementioned date at an event in Singapore. Furthermore, TECNO will also launch the MegaBook T1 2023 14-inch laptop during the event.
Regarding the Phantom V Flip, TECNO said that the product would reflect its “commitment to exploring new form factors and redefining the style and functionality of flip phones for passionate, fashionable and forward-looking audiences”. While the company hasn’t revealed anything about the smartphone, the previous leaked renders show that it would feature a circular outer display with dual cameras around it.
It’s also expected to feature a 6.9-inch Full HD+ main display, 8GB RAM and Android 13 OS based on a Google Play Console listing. Of course, for confirmed specs, we have to wait for 22 September and until then, do stay tuned to TechNave for more trending tech news.
