TECNO Spark Slim and Pova Slim 5G will be the "World's Thinnest" entry-level phones

The TECNO Spark Slim and TECNO Pova Slim 5G will be launched at IFA Berlin in just a few days. Both are expected to be the world's thinnest entry-level phones. So, what should you know about it?

 

An entry level phone with a premium look

For your information, the TECNO Spark Slim, which is just 5.92mm thick with a 144Hz AMOLED screen, is powered by the Helio G200 chip, has a 50MP main camera and a 5160mAh battery that supports 45W charging.

Furthermore, the TECNO Pova Slim 5G is 5.95mm thick, with a 144Hz AMOLED screen, powered by the Dimensity 6400 chip, a 50MP main camera and a 5160mAh battery that supports 45W charging.

Additionally, the difference between the two models is that the Pova Slim 5G supports 5G, while the Spark Slim is still just 4G. Another advantage of the Pova Slim 5G is the LED lights on the back that can be customised to look like eyes.

Moreover, both of these slim devices pass the IP64 standard, use the Android 15-based HiOS operating system and have a vapour chamber cooling system.

Although the device body is very thin, the battery capacity used is large. The Galaxy S25 Edge, which is 5.8mm thick, is only equipped with a 3900mAh battery. More information on specifications and sales prices will be announced during the launch event on September 4.
