TENAA changes Samsung Galaxy name to Galaxy S8 Lite and Galaxy A8 Star

Just a few hours ago, TENAA has just updated its listing on two unknown Samsung Galaxy models. Under the code name SM-G8750 and SM-G8850, someone from Twitter has claimed that these two have a name and they will be known as the Galaxy S8 Lite (but why?) and Galaxy A8 Star.

By the way, if you've been surfing on our website for a while now and realized the cover image looks familiar. That's because it is and we've posted it before. Previously, the news about this was about TENAA posting up the same model but rumoured to be a Galaxy S9 with dual cameras. To add on to that, they even updated the specs sheet so here's what we know about the two devices.

First up, the Galaxy A8 Star sports quite a few big specs with a 6.28-inch Super AMOLED display, a 3700mAh battery, a pair of 16MP + 24MP dual rear camera and a 24MP selfie snapper. The memory power is pretty standard, staying at 4GB + 64GB and its processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 unit. As for the Galaxy S8 Lite, it's said to share the same Snapdragon 660 but different specs which are the same as the ones we mentioned before here.

The Galaxy S8 Lite name is a weird one since there's a Galaxy S9 already, maybe they got the name wrong or something. Stay tuned for more Samsung news at TechNave.com.
