TM has announced 5 new customer care initiatives revolving around the promise of 24 Hours Service Restoration Guarantee or get an RM50 rebate if this is not achieved (but just for unifi customers above 100Mbps for now). The other 4 customer care initiatives include EasyFix Self-Service, Proactive Service Alerts, Service Tracker and access to unifi Elite Experts for better informed solutions. All of these initiatives are currently live starting from today.
The EasyFix Self-Service is done via the MyUnifi app with more options for users to solve their own problems on their own. The Proactive Service Alerts are also done via the app while the Service Tracker let’s users check on the status of their requests, which is again done via their MyUnifi App. If you have problems connecting or need help on improving connectivity, then you can talk to their unifi Elite Experts.
TM went on to disclose that their investments continue to be ongoing including more submarine cables and better unifi coverage throughout Malaysia. Upon further questioning, they also said that best efforts would still be provided for TM customers below the mentioned 100Mbps service speed.
