The hype for Xiaomi Mi Band 5 is real and it's finally going to be launched on 11 June. Before that happens, Xiaomi is now giving us a look at the upcoming fitness tracker and confirming some of the features. The company has revealed the design of the Xiaomi Mi Band 5 in a poster posted on Weibo.
From the poster, we can know that the Xiaomi Mi Band 5 is going to come with four different colours for the strap including Green, Red, Yellow, and Black. Other than that, it looks like the Mi Band 5 is not getting any other huge upgrade, perhaps thinner bezels this time?
Besides that, one of the screens in the poster is showing different sports icons like a rowing machine, yoga, and rope skipping, hinting that the fitness tracker is able to track these activities. It has also been confirmed that the Mi Band 5 can track the menstrual cycle with an icon showing on another screen. Other than that, the caption that came with the poster has mentioned that the Mi Band 5 will be supporting NFC as well. It is rumoured that the global version will finally get the feature this time.
