While minor 'leaks' are not rare these days, it still surprises us to see a product completely unveiled by non-official sources. The Google Pixel 9a has already started appearing in YouTube videos, which confirms that an imminent launch could happen soon.
The Mobile Central and Sahil Karoul have reviews of the Google Pixel 9a on YouTube, revealing some key details. Compared to the Google Pixel 8a, the Pixel 9a lacks the horizontal band highlighting the camera module. It now has a simple, single-tone colour and flat sides. Although it features a plastic back, the design tweaks give it a more premium look and feel.
Besides that, the Pixel 9a's screen received a size upgrade, going from 6.1 to 6.3 inches. However, the bezels are still quite thick, which some people may dislike. The Pixel 9a also has a 5100mAh battery, 7 years of Android updates, and two rear cameras (spec unconfirmed).
By the way, the Google Pixel 9a was spotted on SIRIM last week, so it could launch within the month. Stay tuned to TechNave for updates on the launch date and price.
