TechNave Gaming: You will be able to play Dr. Mario World on your mobile phones soon

Three years ago, Apple acquired the rights from Nintendo to publish Super Mario Run on its Apple Store and nothing really happened after that. However, that all changed from an announcement from Nintendo of America's Twitter page, saying Dr. Mario World will be the latest mobile game for both Apple and Android devices starting from 10 July 2019.

Is it free to play? Yes, it will but there will also be some in-app purchases as usual with most mobile game apps. As far as our knowledge, the in-app purchases on Dr. Mario World are stamina capsules to regain your stamina metre to continue playing the levels (else it will refill itself in a period of time). The capsules can be bought with diamonds which are the currency and for other in-game items as well.

Based on the 1990 puzzle game, the goal of the game remains the same which is to eliminate the viruses with capsules on matching colours and the scoring is based on how many capsules you have left. Currently, there are five world levels and Nintendo plans to add in more in the future.

This is kinda like Tetris but with a twist, but we aren't complaining. You can now pre-order Dr. Mario World on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store here.
