Today, TECNO has officially launched the POVA 7 series in Malaysia. Instead of the POVA 7 Pro, we are getting three different models, which include the POVA 7, POVA 7 5G and POVA 7 Ultra 5G.
Recapping the Tech Specs
The POVA 7 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset, a 6.78-inch 144Hz IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and 900 nits peak brightness, and a massive 6000mAh battery with 45W wired charging and reverse wireless charging. On the rear, it also carries a 50MP main sensor with an additional secondary lens.
Next, the POVA 7 Ultra 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chipset, a 6.67-inch AMOLED 144Hz display with 1.5K resolution and 4500 nits peak brightness. A punch-hole cutout houses the 13MP front camera, while the rear setup includes a 108MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. While the battery pack remains the same, it supports 70W wired charging and 30W wireless charging—a first for the POVA series. It also includes 10W reverse charging.
