With IFA 2025 kicking off, we can expect to see plenty of new products. The annual tech event typically showcases a wide range of electronics, from audio headphones to PCs and mobile devices. For Tecno, one of their products introduced this year is the Tecno MegaPad Pro.

According to Tecno, the MegaPad Pro is an "Essential AI Tablet". It has a 12-inch 2K eye-care display, Dolby-enhanced audio, and an 8-hour battery (10100mAh). The display also has a 90Hz refresh rate and only 450 nits peak brightness, both of which are lower than current standards. Unfortunately, the company didn't reveal the CPU, GPU, RAM, or storage.
Tecno confirmed that this tablet is targeted at "students, professionals, and family users", so it seems the focus is on productivity. In fact, the MegaPad Pro features a dedicated button to launch its Tecno Ella Assistant, an AI chatbot capable of writing documents or converting images to text. There are also other AI features, like AI Drawing Board, Smart Scanner, Smart Text Recognition, and more.
Official launch and price not confirmed
Tecno didn't confirm any launch date or prices at IFA 2025, so it's likely the product isn't quite ready for release yet. For now, stay tuned to TechNave for further updates.
