Based on a statement by androidheadlines, it seems that Telegram could be introducing a launching a new feature which allows users to have group video calls with other Telegram users. While not much is known in regards to the exact release date of the aforementioned feature, we do know that it will most likely be more secured compared to their competitors.
In terms of the release date, the source mentioned that the secure group video call feature will most likely be available to the public somewhere around Q4 of 2020.
