In light of the Ramadan season, we know that the Ramadan E-Bazaar by GrabFood won't be seeing the light of the day (except in Penang). But in spite of that, both Carousell and Unilever will be collaborating together and will launch a #TetapBuka Ramadan Campaign. This initiative will allow local business owners to have a platform to sell their food items during the fasting month.
Since the MCO got extended again until 12 May 2020, #TetapBuka aims to rally Malaysians to support smaller F&B establishments within their area. So with this, Carousell users will be able to search the nearest food vendors within a 10km radius of their current location. Every local F&B owners can provide on-demand takeaway services without having to pay a fee to external vendors.
The #TetapBuka Ramadan Campaign has already begun and will go on until 12 May 2020. Interested F&B outlets may list on Carousell following these simple guidelines here. Stay home, stay safe and stay tuned for more local tech news at TechNave.com.
