Based on a statement by gizmodo, it seems that the discussion between Hyundai and Kia in regards to developing the Apple Car might have been put on hold. With that in mind, it is very likely that the driverless vehicle might be postponed for quite a while until further notice.
Unfortunately, there was no statement by Hyundai, Kia, or Apple on the exact reason why the discussion is being put on hold so you might want to take some information with a grain of salt. Not only that, but there’s also no news on when Apple will be releasing the Apple Car in Malaysia.
