Besides the new iPad Air M2 and iPad Pro M4 that were announced last night, Apple also revealed a brand new Apple Pencil Pro as expected. It is officially priced at RM599 in Malaysia but the availability has yet to be announced. Here's everything you need to know about the stylus.

During the livestream presentation last night, Apple integrated several functions such as being able to do squeezing gestures that can pop up tools on the spot that include light weights and colours. Moreover, users can even use Double Tap to switch tools as well and get haptic feedback, as well as use the hover function to preview where it will touch down on your display and use the Barrel Roll to rotate the stylus for control with brush tools.

At the moment, the Apple Pencil Pro is compatible with the latest iPad Pro M4 13- and 11-inch, as well as the new iPad Air M2 13- and 11-inch models. Oddly, the Apple Pencil 2nd Gen is still priced at the same RM599 price tag but only eligible for older models. It's also worth mentioning that if you misplaced the Pencil Pro, you can locate it via the Find My app and of course, it can be magnetically charged on the iPad's side.
