Update: The Grab app services are back online
If you can't seem to get a Grab driver at this hour, you're not alone. Grab Malaysia just posted that the servers are experiencing a service disruption at this very moment. From our end, we haven't tried using any of the services but it seems that the promotions on the homepage are missing entirely.
We don't know how long will this go on but the Grab team is resolving this as we speak. Also, the comments on Grab Malaysia's Twitter post are showing a lot of people being late for their appointment as the app can't find any drivers. Some Grab drivers aren't able to log in as well, the same goes for GrabFood.
Dear users, we are currently experiencing a service disruption, which may result in your Grab app not working as expected. Our team is currently looking into this and we will update when the app is back up & running. Apologies for the inconvenience & thank you for your patience.
