The HONOR Magic 4 series was first revealed back at the end of February 2022 in Europe but since then, there wasn't much news on its release for other countries. However, we may not need to wait that long anymore as it has been announced that the next market is in the UK.
The UK launch of the HONOR Magic 4 series will be happening soon on 12 May 2022. Dubbed as a global launch, this is a good indicator that the series may make its way to the Malaysian market too. If you're interested in watching the livestream, it's scheduled for 7 PM (BST) which is 2 AM in Kuala Lumpur, on 13 May 2022.
Moreover, the device that is expected to make its debut is the HONOR Magic 4 Pro. Since it was already released, here's a quick recap of the flagship. It features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and focuses a lot on its camera, using a 50MP (main) + 50MP (ultrawide) + 64MP (telephoto) setup. There's a dTOF and Flicker Sensor too that assist the camera sensor to detect subjects better, and its zoom in can reach up to 100x.
Besides that, it has a large 6.81-inch Flex OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. HONOR also claims the phone to be the industry's first LTPO display with a 1920Hz PWM Dimming rate. It's a function that adjusts the brightness of the display. Lastly, it also has a 100W fast charging technology for the 4800mAh battery.
