Now that we are in December, that also means it's promotion sales time. From Huawei Malaysia's side, the company just announced that the Huawei nova 7i and nova 7 SE 5G are now on a price discount (RM200 off). This is in conjunction with their Year-End Super Rewards.
To refresh your memory, the two phones' original prices are RM1099 and RM1499 so with the discount, they are now RM899 and RM1299 respectively. On top of that, interested buyers of the nova 7 series can redeem some rewards at the Huawei Member Center which is free cloud storage up to 50GB. However, the two rewards free trial period is different because the nova 7i is using 3 months only whereas the nova 7 SE is for 12 months.
To recap, the nova 7 SE is supported by a Kirin 820 chipset, alongside a 64MP quad rear camera setup with 4K video recording, 40W SuperCharge technology and more. The nova 7i features a slightly lesser Kirin 810 chipset, 48MP quad rear camera setup +16MP front camera, a bigger 4200mAh battery and more. Do note that these two phones are purely using Huawei Mobile Services and you can already find most of the apps (not all, but most) at the AppGallery.
