For your information, the Merdeka 118 has surpassed the Exchange 106 (453.6 meters) as the tallest building in Malaysia. It also surpassed Shanghai Tower (632 meters) as the tallest building in Asia. The Merdeka 118 is currently owned by PNB (Permodalan Nasional Berhad).
Furthermore, this building takes up over 400000 square feet and houses facilities such as office spaces, shopping malls, and hotels. The building cost around RM5 billion to build. Interestingly, the design was inspired by Tunku Abdul Rahman during the Merdeka proclamation.
