The My50 Pass renewal will be temporarily suspended until the end of January 2025

A few hours ago, Prasarana Malaysia announced that Malaysians won't be able to renew their My50 pass soon. It will be temporarily suspended, starting from 23 December until 31 January 2025 at all customer service counters of the rail, BRT and Rapid KL bus hubs.

The temporary suspension is due to improving the My50 pass sales system to accommodate the growing number of My50 pass users. That said, users can still purchase a new My50 pass at the aforementioned counters. Prasarana also recommends users spend the remaining days first until the pass expires and purchase a new one after that.
