A few hours ago, OPPO Malaysia just confirmed that the OPPO A58 will be coming to Malaysia soon. No specific date was mentioned we were told that it's soon and will be available this month.
The OPPO A58 is almost similar to its 5G sibling but as a lesser variant. As the name suggests, it doesn't have any 5G connectivity so there's that. It's powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, alongside a 5000mAh battery pack with 33W SuperVOOC charging capability.
On the other hand, it also has a 6.72-inch LCD panel that supports an HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The 8MP front camera is the punch-hole cutout at the top centre of the display, whereas its dual rear camera has a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth lens. It's worth mentioning that it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and IPX4 water resistance rated.
The OPPO A58 is already available in Indonesia at the price of IDR2,500,000 (~RM756) in either Glowing Black or Shining Green colour option. We don't think we will have to wait that long for the announcement so until then, just sit tight and wait for it.
