The Oculus Go just got cheaper, now priced as low as ~RM606

If you want to enjoy content in virtual reality (VR), the barrier to entry just got lower. Oculus has announced that the Oculus Go VR headset will be getting a rather big discount. The price of the 32GB and 64GB models are now a more affordable USD 149 (~RM606) and USD 199 (~RM809), respectively.

It should be noted that the Oculus Go VR headset is still unavailable in Malaysia, so this reduction of USD 50 (~RM203) could just be what convinces Malaysians to import it. Mind you, this isn't some high-end VR headset that will let you play Half-Life: Alyx or Beat Saber. But you should still be able to enjoy multimedia with VR, which can still be an interesting experience. For example, you can watch an NBA game with it and feel like you're part of the crowd.
