As previously reported, a new PlayStation 5 Pro could be launching in November 2024. At the moment, no official announcement has been made but according to sources and industry analysts, that could very well happen.

According to wccftech.com, one of the writers attended Gamescom 2024 and some developers were openly talking about the PS5 Pro. For starters, an Italian gaming site - Multiplayer - mentioned that a developer had to delay a game because of the PS5 Pro's upcoming launch. The writer also confirmed a similar remark in one of his appointments at the event.

An anonymous source told the writer that the development team had already received the PS5 Pro specs. On top of that, they also said with confidence that Unreal Engine 5 would perform much better on the PS5 Pro than the vanilla PS5. It's safe to assume that this is not the same developer that Multiplayer mentioned, so with that, we can also assume most of the gaming developers have already gotten the PS5 Pro specs and details.

For context, both the PS5 and PS4 Pro were announced in September during their respective years. After that, both gaming consoles were launched in November. With this, we should keep an eye out for any potential PS5 Pro announcement next month.
