We have told you about the ASUS ZenScreen Touch just a while ago, now prepare yourself on another touchscreen monitor by ROG - the ROG Strix XG17 which is the company's first portable gaming monitor that can go up to 240Hz.

Obviously made for gaming, the 17.3-inch portable gaming monitor has 3ms response time and its refresh rate can be tweaked via Adaptive-Sync technology between 48Hz and 240Hz. Even from viewing at the side, the IPS screen panel provides a 178° viewing angles so it's shareable with your friends when watching a game and movies together with vivid colours.

The monitor can be plugged into the wall on the AC power or through its USB Type-C ports and micro-HDMI 2.0 ports on the side, which can be set up as a secondary monitor. On top of that, there's a DisplayWidget utility for fine-tuning the monitor's picture and a GameVisual on presetting the type of game genre you play.

If you're hanging around at Computex 2019, you can check out the device at the ASUS booth. No price tag and availability is announced yet, though, but we hope to see it drop in the Malaysia market soon. Stay tuned for more ROG news at TechNave.com.
