Xiaomi has announced that the Redmi Go is officially available at all official Mi Stores across Malaysia as well as on Lazada and Shopee for only RM299. To the uninitiated, the Redmi Go is running on the Android Go is a stripped down version of your typical Android operating system which is well optimized to cut down system requirements and data usage.
In terms of the tech specs, the device is running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing selfie camera, 5.0-inch HD display, and it is powered by a 3000mAh non-removable battery.
