Rize was previously an application that focused on digital banking, offered by Al Rajhi. However, it is now undergoing a rebranding, where the Rize application is changed to the Al Rajhi banking application. So, what should you know about it?
The latest update will automatically change the app’s UI
For your information, all Rize users in Malaysia have started receiving an app update starting today, which rebrands the app to Al Rajhi. Along with this update, several changes have also been introduced. This includes changes to the account number for money transfers.
Additionally, if you only have a Rize debit card, you can continue to use it. However, if you have both a Rize and an AlRajhi card, your Rize debit card will be automatically terminated, and you can use the AlRajhi debit card for various transactions.
It is not stated why the Rize brand is being discontinued. It is likely to facilitate user management, in addition to offering updates to users. For those of you who are already using Rize, you can check your application updates to see the transition to AlRajhi.
