The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G will be unveiled at the virtual Samsung Unpacked event!

The coming Samsung virtual Unpacked event has yet another report with corroborating information claims that it will be happening on the 5 August 2020 Wednesday. The report by Jon Prosser also claims that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G will be announced along with the Galaxy Note 20 series during the event.

According to the source, the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 will also be announced during the virtual Unpacked event which is expected to have an upgraded 120Hz refresh rate display but with no support for the S-Pen. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Note20 may come with a flat display with similar features of the Galaxy S20 series whereas the Samsung Galaxy Note20+ is expected to sport a curved display.



As for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, we might be expecting to have an upgraded 256GB storage with a new brown color to be introduced. As for the chipset, it will either have an upgraded chipset or simply make room for a 5G modem and antennas with the current Snapdragon 855 chipset. Besides, the Galaxy Watch 3 and a new pair of earbuds may be unveiled before the event.

Either way, there’s still no official confirmation on the tech specs and pricing for the Samsung Galaxy Note20 series so do take this with a pinch of salt.
