The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 pre-order starts from 2 September in the US and launching in China on 9 September!

The Galaxy Unpacked event on 5 August has ended with the launch of the Galaxy Note20 series and Buds Air Live as well as the unveiled of the Galaxy Z Fold 2. Today, we found out that the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 has passed China’s TEENA and as planned, it will be launching in September.

According to the report, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a model number SM-F9160 which supports dual-mode 5G that manufactured in Vietnam. It will sport a 6.2-inch outer display and a 7.6-inch main display when its folded out with a punch hole on the right side of the screen and a triple camera setup on the rear. As for the chipset, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset.

The Galaxy Z Fold 2 will come in two color variants, the Mystic Bronze and Mystic Black. As usual, there will also be a Thom Brown Edition to the Galaxy Z Fold 2, Buds Live, and the Galaxy Watch3 too. Pre-orders will start from 2 September and 18 September for open sales in the US whereas China will only be unveiling the Galaxy Z Fold 2 on 9 September.

With that said, there’s still no official confirmation on the tech specs and Malaysia pricing for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 yet, so do take this with a pinch of salt.
