Since US government started the Trade Ban, many companies were affected especially Google and Huawei. But there might be some great news coming ahead as the Commence Department might loosen slightly on the ban soon.

According to an interview in Bloomberg, Commence Secretary Wilbur Ross mentioned that US companies will be getting the licenses to deal with Huawei “very soon”. Ross highlighted there are 260 requests on getting the rubber stamps for the trade, but only few companies will be expected to get the approval.

Although Ross did not hint which companies applied for the license, but we expect most of the companies have little to do with smartphone brands. Google might get a more permanent license to resume the business trade with Huawei.

Either way, there's no official confirmation on it yet, so do stay tuned for more updates on TechNave.com!
