The USA uses Claude AI during the attack against Iran

According to a WSJ report, the United States used the artificial intelligence (AI) Anthropic Claude in the attack on Iran. That said, what should you know about it?

Claude was used for various assault and reconnaissance purposes

For your information, the Pentagon's Central Command (CENTCOM) uses Anthropic's Claude to conduct intelligence assessments, target identification and combat scenario simulations before strikes are launched. Claude is still in use by CENTCOM, even though last Friday Anthropic was labelled a "supply chain risk, " which means they can no longer contract with any local entities.

Moreover, Anthropic's refusal to allow Claude to be used to control weapons targeting systems and spy on American citizens led to their designation. President Trump condemned Anthropic and warned that they would be forced to cooperate.

Additionally, the US government has the power to force Anthropic to provide access to its artificial AI using the Defence Production Act. While Anthropic has rejected the Pentagon's request, Google, xAI and OpenAI have had no problem allowing their AI to be used for the same purpose.
