The Unifi Mobile app is now rebranded as Unifi Universe, with a new, fresher logo. This is interesting progress from the local company. So, what should you know about it?

For your information, starting today, 17 March 2025, all new broadband and mobile plans will be managed entirely through the Unifi UniVerse app - Google Play Store, Apple App Store. Meanwhile, existing broadband customers can still access and manage their accounts as usual via the MyUnifi app without any changes. In case you didn’t know, there are two applications available to manage Unifi accounts:

MyUnifi - Used by customers with Unifi Home accounts registered before March 17, 2025, at least for now.
Unifi Universe - Used by customers who register for Unifi Home on or after 17 March 2025, as well as for users who have Unifi Mobile Postpaid, Prepaid or Unifi Air accounts.

For existing Unifi Mobile users, the app will be automatically updated as part of the improvements. Once the update is complete, users will be redirected to the new Unifi Universe app, which offers a number of new features. Through the Unifi Universe app, users can access the All-in-One package, which includes Unifi Home, Unifi Mobile, Unifi TV and Lifestyle services.

In addition, the Unifi Universe application now comes with additional features such as "Shop", bill payment for others, managing Unifi Home and Unifi Mobile services in one application, as well as instant help via the "Support" button. For more details, you can visit the Unifi FAQ page.
