CD Projekt Red has made some of the best open-world RPGs for the PC in recent years. Of all its games, The Witcher series games are probably what made the company famous. Soon, CDPR will be adding a mobile game to the series, though it might not be what you hoped for.

The game is called The Witcher: Monster Slayer and it will be launched on 21 July 2021 for Android and iOS. As hinted in the teaser video, this is probably an augmented reality game where you can battle and slay monsters from The Witcher series. It's similar to Pokemon Go, except you get grotesque monsters instead of cutesy Pokemon.

As a monster hunter game, you'll be treated to a combat system that's different from other AR games. In this game, you'll have to time your attacks and blocks, as well as decide when to use different items. You'll also get to interact with a variety of NPCs for hunting quests and rewards, brew potions, craft items, and more.

For more details, you can check out the official website. Also, those who pre-register on Google Play can get the Kaer Morhen Steel Sword when the game releases, which gives you an extra 10% EXP.
