In case you missed it, Xiaomi announced that the Xiaomi 15 Series is indeed happening soon. In fact, the new flagship lineup will make a global debut at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.
To be exact, Xiaomi posted on its social media accounts that the Xiaomi 15 Series is launching on 2 March 2025. There will be a livestream event and on top of that, Xiaomi Malaysia has also listed both the vanilla Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra on its official Shopee store. The prices listed there are hidden for now but oddly, the Xiaomi 15 Pro is missing.
The Xiaomi 15 Series was first launched in China last year after Qualcomm announced its latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is featured on the flagships. Additionally, the lineup will come with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, a 6,100mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 32MP front camera.
On the back, it has a triple rear 50MP (main) + 50MP (ultrawide) + 50MP (telephoto) camera setup. You can bet that there will be a couple of AI functions on the Xiaomi 15 Series, running on HyperOS 2.0, IP68 water and dust resistance rating, as well as a couple of colourful body paint options.
