While the ZTE Axon 30 5G is unlikely to launch in Malaysia, the phone recently got a software update on the RAM. If you have noticed, virtual RAM is getting a bit trendy and the new update allowed the Axon 30 to rise to a total of 20GB RAM.

With this, this makes the Axon 30 the first and only Android phone (for now) featuring a total of 20GB RAM. In case you're wondering, the update allowed the phone to add on extra virtual RAM from 1GB to 8GB as seen in the image below. The existing Axon 30 phone has 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

Besides the virtual RAM upgrade, the Axon 30 also features a second-generation 16MP under-display front camera. It is said that the new technology has improved what went wrong from the predecessor which didn't sit well with tech enthusiasts. On the back, the triple rear camera consists of a 64MP (main) + 8MP (ultrawide) + 5MP (macro) + 2MP (depth) sensor.

Other highlighted features on the Axon 30 includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset, 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, a 6.92-inch OLED display, 4200mAh battery with 55W fast charging technology, and MyOS 11 based on Android 11 out of the box. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
