The cheapest Vertu is called the Vertu Aster Chevron – still expensive though

After changing owners, Vertu is now active in adding more new models to their lineup, which results in their latest creation – the Vertu Aster Chevron. It is an Android-powered smartphone with some Vertu design aesthetics.

The Aster Chevron collection features " a distinctive canvas" rear (made of "highly resilient Italian fabric", to be precise), and are available in three color versions: black, blue, and pink. The design of the new phones is completed by grade 5 Titanium to give it robustness.

Specs wise it is no flagship, as it is powered by the relatively old quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, and sporting a 4.7-inch 1080p screen protected by sapphire crystal. The handset runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, further featuring stereo speakers, a 13 MP Hasselblad rear camera, 2 GB of RAM, 64 GB of internal memory, and a 2275 mAh battery (with wireless charging support).

It is cheaper than the older Vertus, but at USD 4200 (~RM 16940), it is still way beyond an average user’s pay grade. If you have the money however, just head on to Vertu’s official webpage to order one for yourself.
