Nowadays, a screen protector is a necessity especially for those who have butterfingers like me, frequently dropping their phones and potentially shattering their display. Unfortunately, a statement made by a case manufacturer called Armadillotek for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 has noted that the ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor will not work with a screen protector.
That being said, we are unsure whether Armadillotek has tested every possible material other than the more common tempered glass, such as PET as well as TPU. Will Samsung release their own line of in-house developed screen protector? We'll find out more about it during the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S10 series which will be happening next month. Be sure to stay tuned to TechNave.com for more updates like this.
We have tested our cases on real #GalaxyS10 phones. The in-screen fingerprint does not support screen protector. So our vanguard will have no built in screen protector
