TCL’s first cinematic screen display smartphone is here in Malaysia! The company is known for manufacturing top-notch television in China has made its debut into the mobile industry with its latest smartphone, TCL PLEX.
The company highlighted on its dedicated display engine for the ultimate cinematic experience on the device, it is equipped with an in house 6.53-inch FHD+ TCL Dotch Display, TCL NXTVISION cutting-edge colour accuracy technology, and an SDR to HDR real-time conversion feature for the ultimate visual colour enhancement.
Besides, it can connect up to 4 Bluetooth speakers or headphones to amplify the audio experiences. Also, it also comes with an Adaptive Tone that can automatically adapts the display brightness and colour temperature adjustments.
In terms of camera, it sports a triple camera rear setup - 48MP ultra high-res Sony sensor with 4K recording function and up to 960fps slow-mo videos, 16MP 123-degrees Ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP low light sensor with a 2.9-micron pixels to boosts the brightness of the video in dark environments. As on the front, it has a 24MP selfie camera.
The TCL PLEX comes with a Snapdragon 675 processor with 6GB of RAM, a 128GB expandable storage capacity, and also a 3,820mAh battery capacity that supports Qualcomm’s QuickCharge feature that allows users to charge up to 50 percent of the battery juice in 32 minutes.
As TCL is known for manufacturing television, it certainly will not miss out the smart TV control features. With the T-Cast, Content Casting, and TV Remote Control mode, it will allow users to cast videos, pictures, music, and control their TV via touchscreen or voice control.
