As usual, Apple did not disclose what are the RAM and battery pack for the iPhone 16e. However, the company said the new iPhone now has a new internal design for a bigger battery. Turns out it was bigger than we expected.
Tech YouTuber Dave2D recently posted his review of the iPhone 16e. In his video, it was revealed that the iPhone 16e's battery capacity is 3,961mAh. Compared to the vanilla iPhone 16 (3,561mAh), it is a 10% increase. Let's also not forget the iPhone 16 Pro as well, as it only has a 3,581mAh battery pack.
In terms of battery life performance, the iPhone 16e not only surpassed both the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro, but even the iPhone 15 Pro Max by a few minutes through a Reddit loop via WiFi. However, in another different battery test performance by Tom's Guide, the iPhone 16e is only slightly shorter than the iPhone 16 (12 hours and 43 minutes on average).
From this, results may vary depending on the usage of the iPhone 16e, but the general consensus is that the iPhone 16e has a great battery life. Apple said this new iPhone has the longest battery life of any 6.1-inch iPhone line, thanks to the new C1 modem.
