Flagship smartphones can be really expensive with some brands. Normally, the smartphones can go up to RM4000 or even more depending on the variant you choose. With brands like OnePlus, things have slightly changed as the company has always been trying to bring flagships to the market without hurting our wallets too much. Now, the brand might have a serious contender after the iQOO 3 was launched today in India.
You name it, the iQOO 3 has it. The device is packed with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 5G chipset with the support of up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Not only that, but it also comes with a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED screen with a response rate of 180Hz (don't mess this up with refresh rate). By looking at these specs, we bet you already get the idea of how powerful the iQOO 3 is.
The device will have a built-in Carbon Fiber VC Liquid Cooling that is said to reduce the surface temperature by up to 3.5°C and CPU temperature by up to 12°C. Other than that, the iQOO 3 houses a fast fingerprint sensor that allows you to unlock it in 0.29 sec with the screen on and 0.31 sec with the screen off, according to the company. On the sides, the device has Monster Touch Buttons that use two pressure-sensitive buttons to help users get into serious actions while gaming.
For photography, it packs a quad-camera setup that includes a 48MP main camera, a 13MP telephoto lens with up to 20x digital zoom, a 13MP 120° ultra-wide-angle lens that also shoots macro images, and a 2MP depth camera. The iQOO3 houses a 4440mAh battery as well with the support of 55W FlashCharge Technology. It is said the device is able to be charged up to 50% in just 15 minutes.
Last but not least, the iQOO 3 will be running on Android 10 with iQOO 1.0. After knowing all the tech specs, you must be really curious about the price. The device will be sold starting from the price of 36,990 INR (~RM2180) for 8GB + 128GB variant, 39,990 INR (~RM2357) for 8GB + 256GB variant and 44,990 INR (~RM2652) for its 5G 12GB + 256GB variant. We seriously can't believe these price points belong to the device!
