realme is expected to launch its flagship smartphone realme GT 7 Pro later this year. There are rumours that the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro will make their launch as the first phones in the world to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset in October in China. With the announcement of the realme GT 5 Pro in December 2023, it is likely that the GT 7 Pro will be launched in China in the same month.
For your information, the GT 7 Pro might be the first phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 to be marketed globally. So far, information about this device has been leaked little by little with the latest leak coming from the famous information tracker, Digital Chat Station (DCS) which gives information about the battery size and charging capabilities.

In addition, the GT 7 Pro could resemble a competitor device, perhaps the OnePlus 13 with a flat or nearly flat display. The device will be equipped with a 6,000mAh silicon-negative electrode battery that supports 100W fast charging. Despite having a large battery, the phone will still have a slim profile, with a thickness of about 8.5mm.
Besides that, the device could run a rear tri-camera in a rectangular module including a 50MP main sensor and a periscope telephoto camera that may use a Sony IMX882 sensor with 3x optical zoom. Earlier reports also suggested that the GT 7 Pro would be realme's first phone to include an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and offer dust and water resistance with an IP69 rating.
We have yet to confirm other details or the Malaysia release date for the device. But, we could expect it to arrive in Malaysia soon. Hopefully, everything goes well.
