[Updated] - Previously, we thought vivo Malaysia leaked the price too early but that's not the case. The price tag is officially RM3899 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, and pre-order has already begun until 18 October 2019 with premium gifts worth up to RM699. The gift includes a bag, electric toothbrush, a tumbler and a screen protection warranty.
Just before vivo Malaysia could unveil the upcoming vivo NEX 3 5G flagship, someone handling the official vivo online store on Lazada has unveiled the price tag two days early before the launch. Whether this is true or not, the "official" price is listed RM3899 for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
Furthermore, the website also shows that the flagship's ETA is set on 19 October 2019. This means that the pre-order date should be happening on that date, along with a mystery gift worth RM299. There is also another memory variant - 12GB + 256GB that was unveiled in China but we don't think we will be seeing that in Malaysia.

That said, we were surprised to learn that the 5G model is coming considering that Malaysia is not ready for 5G yet. With this, the NEX 3 5G will be sporting a Snapdragon 855+ chipset, a 64MP quad rear camera setup, a 6.89-inch POLED Waterfall Fullview Display and more.
