How big is too big for a smart TV in your living room? Well, a 70-inch TV is enormous but how about taking a 325-inch LED TV by LG? That's right, the company just showcased this ridiculous oversized screen that essentially functions as a home theatre cinema now. Also, it cost $1.7 million.

Called the LG DVLED Home Cinema Display, this TV also comes in a 108-inch and the resolution goes from 1080 to 8K. According to sources, they say that it needs 3x the LED pixels (approximately 24 million) of a standard 4K TV because the RGB pixels are needed to create TV colours. This uses a lot of power and we can imagine your electricity bill blowing through the roof.

DVLED also stands for Direct View LED and LG said that "all of the DVLED Extreme Home Cinema displays with the 0.9mm COB LED Package type are using MicroLED". The 0.9mm is for each pixel pitch but if you're looking at the 108-inch model, it uses a 1.2mm pixel pitch. On that note, LG also integrated BTU specs that are found in heaters and air conditioners.

We don't think there will be any chance that this LG DVLED TV would have a chance in Malaysia but God knows. What do you think of this? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
