We have written plenty of iQOO series news here on our website, albeit an unfortunate thing that vivo Malaysia have no interest in importing that gaming smartphone series at all. Unless if you're willing to buy an imported version without any warranty from online sellers, here's something that might be worth considering - there is a new iQOO 3 5G Transformers Edition and it looks awesome.
For the tech specs, the Transformers Edition shares the exact same ones as the vanilla iQOO 3 5G model so nothing much to look there but it's the outlook and custom user interface that makes the highlight. The device's body is featuring a carbon-fibre texture and there's a "Monster Inside" slogan written there too. The iQOO user interface is using the Autobots theme with a simplistic outlook, with multiple app icons using that robotic design.
But they didn't stop there though, even the accessories and of course, the box is using the same theme. Inside the box, the charging brick, USB Type-C cable, and the protective casing are all custom-branded. It's said the charging brick is black with a golden Autobot logo on it, and we are pretty sure it is the same 55W Super FlashCharge technology.
Reports say that the Transformers Edition will be available on 1 June 2020, but there is no price announced for it yet. We are pretty sure Transformers fans will be the first ones to queue up for this limited edition but what do you think?
