The WWDC 2025 event will take place next week, and as usual, the main focus will be on the early preview of the latest iOS, which is rumoured to be known as iOS 26. So, what should you know about it?
According to 9to5Mac, Apple is expected to announce a list of models that will still receive support once iOS 26 is introduced. But the main question is, which models will be 'dropped out' and no longer receive updates?

Apple iPhones that might not support iOS 26
If this report is accurate, it appears that Apple will not continue support for the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max in the iOS 26 update. All three models were launched in 2018, so they will be almost seven years old when iOS 26 is released.
Generally, Apple offers at least five years of iOS support for iPhones. Furthermore, the iPhone XS Max has been categorised as a vintage product by Apple, a sign that support for the latest iOS has come to an end.
