During July, TECNO launched a pair of wireless earbuds, HiPods H2 in India. TWS earbuds are usually expensive, but the HiPods H2 comes with an affordable price of 1999 INR (~RM112).
The HiPods H2 weighs 55.8 grams and the body measurement is 58 x 58 x 29.6mm. Like most TWS earbuds, they also come with a compact and portable casing that is convenient to bring around. These earbuds support the latest Bluetooth 5.0, touch switch, IPX4 water resistance, noise-cancellation, and AAC (found on Apple Music).

This should suit the gym junkies because it is sweat resistant and it is very convenient to bring around. As for the battery life, the promotion claims that it has a “24 hours unstoppable music experience” but actually it is just up to 6 hours of music playback (marketing gimmick, lel). Besides that, they claim it can last up to 30 hours of stand-by mode from less than 2 hours charging.
In case you are wondering what is the pop-up connection, it is simply the same thing as the Apple Airpods when you connect with an iPhone. So in TECNO’s case, the pop-up connection is meant for TECNO phones which sounds like this is only for TECNO phones (duh). What do you think about the HiPods H2? Will you buy and try it if these are launched in Malaysia? Let us know in the comments below and be sure to stay tuned for more tech news on TechNave.com.
